1. Refunds on Digital Products

   • Digital Purchases: All sales of digital products, including tutorials, virtual events, and memberships, are final and non-refundable.

   • Annual Memberships: Refundable within the first 30 days of the initial purchase, excluding renewal payments.

2. Physical Products

   • Physical product orders, including kits and sets, may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, physical products are non-refundable.

   • In the case of duplicate accidental purchases, we offer one refund.

3. Sales Tax

   • Sales tax is calculated and added to the total purchase amount during checkout based on your location and applicable tax laws. We use TaxJar.com for accurate tax collection in compliance with state and federal regulations.

4. Returns and Exchanges

   • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items.
